How does the family discount work?: Each member on the same household account gets a percentage off. The first two are 10% off; the third member and beyond are 20% off. Discounts stack across members.
What's the cancellation policy?: Month-to-month autopay, cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Your final 30 days are charged on the day you cancel and pro-rated based on your billing cycle.
Can I freeze my membership?: Yes — members can hold their membership for up to 90 days. Access pauses immediately and your spot is held when you come back.
